You have the right to request a return 30 days after receiving your item. The machine can easily be returned, please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1700 E cypress Ave, Reddings CA, 96002, United States. The actual return cost are responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied orders as well as defected received machines.
With most orders, the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case, send us an email at info@pinballmachineshop.org and we will send the digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.
Note, only machines in the right condition can be returned, we reserve the right to refuse a return with traces of damage. For example if your paid for a NEW machine, they must be unopened and in their right packaging and have never been used.
Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 10 days business days using the payment method you used when ordering.
